Seasoned Oak Firewood, Split and Ready to Burn
Oak is all we sell, and that is on purpose. Texas oak is dense, so it burns hotter and longer than pine or the softer woods, throws very little spark, and leaves a clean coal bed instead of a heap of ash. It is the right wood for a fireplace, a backyard fire pit, a wood stove and a BBQ pit — one species that does all four jobs well.
Every load is split and seasoned in our Dayton yard before it goes out. Seasoned oak catches easily and burns steady, instead of hissing and smoking the way green wood does.

$20 Delivery — Crosby & Huffman, TX
Add $20 to any size. We run out this way most weeks, so turnaround is quick.
$45 Delivery — Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita & Porter, TX
Add $45 to any size. These are our longest runs and the first ones we schedule once the weather turns cold, so order early in the season.

Firewood Delivery FAQ
How much does firewood delivery cost in Kingwood, TX?
Delivery to Kingwood is $45 on top of the price of the wood. Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita and Porter all sit in our 20+ mile band. Crosby and Huffman are $20, and delivery is free in Dayton, Liberty and Mont Belvieu.
How much is a full cord of firewood in Houston?
A full cord is $575 delivered and stacked — roughly 600-700 split pieces, or three pickup truck loads. A half cord is $300, a pickup load is $200 and a face cord is $160. Add $45 for delivery to Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita or Porter.
What kind of firewood do you deliver?
Seasoned oak, and only oak. It burns hotter and longer than the softer woods, throws very little spark, and works just as well in a fireplace as it does in a BBQ pit.
Do you sell BBQ smoking wood in Houston?
Yes. The same seasoned oak, split down to fire-box size for offset smokers, pellet rigs and backyard pits. Tell us what you are cooking on and we will cut to fit.
Is your firewood seasoned or green?
Seasoned and ready to burn. We split it and let it dry in the yard before it goes out, so it catches easily instead of smoldering and hissing.
What is the difference between a face cord and a full cord?
A full cord is 128 cubic feet of stacked wood. A face cord is a single row off the front of that stack, roughly a third of it, which is why a face cord is $160 against $575 for a full cord.
Do you stack the wood?
Yes, stacking is included at no extra charge. Tell the driver where you want it and that is where it goes.
